«Overall hotel is well located, rooms clean, and service great. But a VERY big problem was that we booked the hotel ensuring it had air conditioning. And it was very clear for the 2 nights we were there that the A/C was NOT available or working. This is a very big problem when the rooms are 26C, and it is impossible to sleep. This should have been communicated to us prior to arrival, so we could have made other arrangements. »

«The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have more milk in the rooms, and maybe some compelmentary chocolate! It would also be good if the hotel partnered with a nearby gym to give access to guests.»
