«Did not sleep due to high levels of noise from cars very late into the evening and nigh 03:39 and still hooting and revving engines. I would not visit Zurich again until this is fixed.»
Dear Guest, We are very sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We have triple-glazed windows to block out most of the outside noise; however, as with all busy city centre locations, it is impossible to completely eliminate all outside noise. The hotel benefits from its city centre location. I’m afraid a certain amount of noise is the price we have to pay for this. Perhaps you would like to try a room at the rear of the hotel on your next visit? Christophe Rouiller, General Manager
