«From the time we arrived at the check in desk early in the morning (07:00), the duration of our stay and till we checked out it was a pleasure to be in this hotel. Mr Barbosa at Check In, Antonio our porter, Peter & Antje in the restaurant and all other staff were simply fantastic. Friendly and professional.»

«+ Alles in Ordnung und wirklich feiner Aufenthalt, mit sehr freundliches Personal.
+/- Beim Zimmerservice wurde nur für eine Person vorbereitet, wir waren aber 2, sonst sehr sauber.
- Unsere Tisch-Reservierung im Restaurant "Glogge-Eck" hat leider nur sehr mangelhaft funktioniert, trotz langer Ankündigung in Voraus. Die tolle Bedienung (Markus ?) beim Abendessen hat uns aber wieder einmal beeindruckt !»
